EcoTrust, a non-profit organization based in Uganda, has successfully implemented ProjectConnect, a web platform for managing and tracking programs and projects.
The implementation, which began in February 2022, was completed at the end of June 2022 and took only four months to complete. EcoTrust’s management team and staff have been trained on the platform and are now using it to support their programs and projects.
The implementation of ProjectConnect at EcoTrust will enable the organization to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their programs and projects. The platform allows for better collaboration, communication, and tracking of progress.
